us our submission sheet and loan file, PacificBanc
mortgage will e mail you our underwriting decision
in the same day or we pay you $150).
2)
Same day condition sign off (PacificBanc Mortgage
will e mail you updated condition sheet, “conditions
received by 10:00 Am”, or we pay you $150).
3)
Same day Doc Draw.(pacificBanc mortgage will
e-mail you loan documents if you are clear to close
and receive your doc order request by 12:00 noon
so you can set up an afternoon signing appointment
that same day or we pay you $150 guaranteed).
4)
Same day review of signed docs(if signed loan
docs are received by 12:00 noon or we will pay you
$150 guaranteed).
5)
Next day funding (PacificBanc mortgage will fund
your loan the next day, if your final PTF conditions
are received by 10:00 a.m. So you can record on
time, Make everyone happy, and get paid ASAP for
all the promises you’ve kept or we pay you
$150.
